With a background in High Energy Fusion Yoga, my classes are designed to keep you moving, breathing and achieving. Through thoughtful structuring and attainable challenges, you will strengthen your practice, discover playfulness in poses and see things from a new, upside-down perspective. You will also find moments of meditation and breathing, striking a meaningful balance between strength, movement and mindfulness.

Through our specially designed Solful Fitness classes, from cardio kickboxing to yoga and spin to POUND, you will find options and a community that will leave you feeling strong and energized.

Renew + Restore

Combining the deep release of yin yoga with the relaxation of a restorative practice, Renew + Restore will give students a space to rest, reflect and rejuvenate. Perfect for all levels, this mix of yin, restorative postures and meditation techniques will support students as they wind down from the demands of their day and find a renewed sense of calm and clarity.

Body & Sol Restorative Yoga

Perfect for post-workout recovery and its ability to calm the nervous system, a restorative yoga practice incorporates gentle postures with long, supportive holds to allow the body to relax and release. With a focus on common tight spots for athletes - hamstrings, hips, back and thighs, this 90 minutes class will feature a combination of poses appropriate for all levels, essential oils and meditation techniques to create a space to relax and calm.

Investment: $10 for Unlimted Monthly Members // $15 for Non-Monthly Members

 

Yoga on the Terrace

In support of the Villa Terrace Decorative Arts Museum, this donation-based class is set against one of Milwaukee’s most stunning historic backdrops. Enjoy a breathtaking view of Lake Michigan as you practice. This all levels class begins at 8:30 AM – rain or shine.

A $10 donation is suggested, with a portion of the proceeds aiding the museum’s community programs. Please bring your own mat.
