With a background in High Energy Fusion Yoga, my classes are designed to keep you moving, breathing and achieving. Through thoughtful structuring and attainable challenges, you will strengthen your practice, discover playfulness in poses and see things from a new, upside-down perspective. You will also find moments of meditation and breathing, striking a meaningful balance between strength, movement and mindfulness.

Foundations to Flight: Inversions & Arm Balances
Ideal for students working towards finding confidence in arm balances and inversions, Lauren will guide you through preparatory poses, exit strategies, balance techniques and proper alignment as you begin to take flight. Starting with a fun, high-energy flow to warm up the body, you’ll explore the building blocks to develop strength and stability on your hands and then put the pieces together as we break down peak postures like bakasana (crow), tripod headstand and their funky variations. This workshop is geared towards all levels, and we ask that you come ready to work with partners and have some fun!

Yin Yoga at Empower Yoga Milwaukee
Creating a bridge between the active power flow and the stillness of meditation, yin is the perfect complement to any level of practice. Students can expect to hold postures for 2-5 minutes, targeting the connective tissues and releasing deeply held tension in the body. Through guided support and instruction, students will also practice breathing and mindfulness techniques to steady the mind while enjoying the calming effects of essential oils. Investment is $8 and no advanced sign up needed.
vin + yin + zin at Vintage 38
Join The Barefoot Haven and me for yoga at Vintage 38! This all levels, vinyasa flow class will consist of 45 minutes of a fun, playful vinyasa flow followed by 30 minutes of yin yoga. Yin is a series of floor-based poses passively held for several minutes, improving circulation in the joints and connective tissue. Enjoy a free glass of wine to help you relax and unwind! Investment is $18 and includes a glass of wine. Please bring your own mat.

High Energy Fusion Yoga® is where tradition meets innovation! Focusing on a vigorous 90 minute practice that will keep the mind engaged and present, students will achieve a meditative state that allows them to explore their higher self in a fun, creative and judgement-free environment.
Vibrant music accompanies every High Energy Fusion Yoga® class, where students are encouraged to move and be creative. Through dynamic sequencing and progressive movements, students will explore inversions in every class and quickly advance through postures.
Meditation and breathing exercises are also essential parts of High Energy Fusion Yoga®. At the end of every class students use the breath to ground their energy and quiet the mind. Taking a moment to absorb the benefits of a rigorous physical practice, students will find peace and stillness in a final resting pose (savasana).
