The Yamas & Niyamas by Deborah Adele

A practical and understandable guide to applying yoga's ethical practices into your daily life. Through charming humor and memorable stories, Deborah takes the mystery out of Patanjali's eight limb path and transforms it into an applicable method to living as a modern yogi.

In short, this book was a game changer for me, showing me how to take the lessons learned on my mat into the rest of my life.
