Prepare the body and mind for 2019 with a nourishing 75-minute vinyasa + yin candlelight yoga class. You will first warm and stretch the muscles with an all-levels, movement-based practice. Then follows yin yoga, a series of floor-based poses held for 2-5 minutes that help to improve circulation in the joints and connective tissues. During class, we’ll reflect on intentions for the new year and learn how to incorporate mindfulness techniques to create a space for transformation.
