In this movement series, you will explore the benefits of a dynamic fusion of functional training and yoga sequencing to build strength, stability and flexibility in your workouts. Don’t let the word “yoga” stop you. We will use the foundations of biomechanics to identify the characteristics of your favorite workouts, creating sustainable exercises that target problem areas of the body and help to avoid the cycle of injury and re-injury. (Pulled hamstrings are THE WORST!)
This series will build your movement toolkit while incorporating elements of mindfulness used by world-class athletes. Open to all levels.
