Finding comfort on your forearms opens up a world of arm balances and inversions. But figuring out where to start can be tricky.
In this workshop, I’ll guide you through mobility sequences, strength drills, exit strategies and alignment techniques to take the mystery out of forearm balances. Featuring the High Energy Fusion Yoga® method, you’ll start with a mobility flow to warm up the body and explore the building blocks needed to find strength and stability on your forearms.
This workshop is geared towards those who practice at least 2-3 times a week and are comfortable playing upside down. We also ask that you come ready to work with partners and have some fun!
